CEO & FOUNDER
MBA Graduate from Ateneo De Manila University with 15 years of real estate sector experience focused on retail space, office leasing and have arranged leases for over 100,000 sqm space. Crafted joint venture agreements, site acquisition and operational acquisition with total value of about PHP10 billion (c. USD200m).
Formed FLRC in 2006 and FLDCC in 2016 to address the growth for built to suit demand of BPO office leasing requirements.

BA degree holder from University of the Philippines with 25 years of experience in the entertainment and advertising industry. Her expertise in conceptualization, planning, and implementation of sales, and marketing strategies for FinAsiaLand enabled the company abreast the tough competition of the industry.

MA degree holder in Psychology from University of Santo Tomas. She has 14 years of experience in various areas of Psychology such as: Training, Education, Human Resource, and Mental Health.
