- Must be a TODA member with ID and TODA certificate.
- Must attend the PICKAPP Orientation Must attend the app demonstration program.
- Must pass PICKAPP driver online exam (passing grade: 80%).
- Android Smartphone / iPhone.
- Active Mobile number and Email address

- Official Receipt / Certificate of Registration ng Motor.
- Toda ID.
- Toda Certificate.

Kumuha ng pagsusulit upang matiyak na ikaw ay may kaalaman sa batas trapiko, pagmamaneho, magandang pakikitungo sa pasahero or customer para sa maayos na serbisyo publiko.
